PlanDwell has been in operation since 2008.

In that time many varied projects have been undertaken, including designing extensions and additions for properties, undertaking condition surveys and project management of projects for the construction for offices , dwellings, schools and churches.

Martin Cheesman has a very wide ranging knowledge and understanding of construction matters, having worked for building surveying practices, hospitals and construction consultancies, in which he has managed projects of up to £40m, undertaken extensive condition surveys for housing associations and private individuals, as well as working as a fund monitor for a variety of investors in construction projects.

All of these projects have required attention to details and clear communication to clients, to ensure a good understanding is achieved by those who are not versed in the world of construction.

All reports and information are communicated in a manner to enable a comprehensive understanding of the condition, design or process being undertaken within a property, so that the receiver clearly understands what is happening and where possible why.
